Terms of Service
Last updated: July 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the phone-based booking assistance service reachable at (833) 246-4395 (together, the "Service"). By using the website or calling the number listed on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are
TicketAgent is an independent travel agency operated by AM2X LLC, Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We are not an airline. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, or any other air carrier. When airline names appear on this website, they are used only to identify the carriers on which our booking specialists can arrange tickets. All airline names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
If you would rather work with an airline directly, you can always contact that airline through its own website or customer service channels, typically without any agency service fee.
2. What the Service Is
The Service is phone-based booking assistance for new air travel reservations. When you call the number listed on this website, your call is routed to partner travel-booking specialists who can, on your behalf:
- search flight options and book new airline tickets;
- help with related requests on a booking they are arranging, such as seat selection or adding a traveler's details.
The Service does not cover changes or cancellations to reservations you already hold. For those, contact the airline that operates your flight or the agency that issued your ticket.
The specialists who answer are agents of our partner network, not airline employees. Any ticket they issue is a ticket on the operating airline, subject to that airline's own conditions of carriage and fare rules.
3. Fees
Calling the number on this website is toll-free. How charges work if you decide to book:
- Airline fares: you pay the fare set by the airline for the ticket you choose, under that airline's fare rules.
- Booking service fee: a service fee for the booking assistance may apply in addition to the airline fare. If a service fee applies, the specialist will disclose the full amount to you on the call before you approve any charge.
- Your approval is required: nothing is charged to you without your explicit approval of the total amount on the call. If you do not approve, you are not charged.
In short: you will always be told the total — airline fare plus any service fee — before anything is charged, and only you decide whether to go ahead.
4. Fares, Schedules, and Airline Decisions Are Outside Our Control
Airlines control their own fares, seat availability, schedules, fare rules, refunds, and credits. We and our partner specialists cannot promise that:
- a fare quoted during a call will still be available when you approve the booking (fares can change or sell out at any time until the ticket is issued);
- an airline will approve a specific request — those decisions follow the airline's fare rules and policies, not ours;
- flights will operate as scheduled. Delays, cancellations, and schedule changes are made by the airline, and your remedies for them come from the airline under its conditions of carriage and applicable law.
We and our partner specialists aim to relay the options, fares, and rules available at the time of your call accurately, and to disclose all charges before you approve anything.
5. Your Responsibilities
To help the specialists get your booking right, you agree to:
- provide accurate traveler details — full names exactly as they appear on government-issued ID or passports, dates of birth, and contact information;
- review the itinerary details confirmed to you on the call and in any confirmation message, and tell us promptly if anything is wrong;
- make sure you (and everyone you book for) have the required travel documents, visas, and health requirements for the trip;
- arrive for flights within the airline's check-in and boarding deadlines;
- only book with payment methods you are authorized to use.
Name corrections, missed flights, and denied boarding for missing documents are governed by the airline's rules and may involve airline-imposed charges that neither we nor the specialists control.
6. Call Recording
Calls to and from the number on this website may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes. By staying on the line after any recording notice, you consent to recording where the law requires consent. See our Privacy Policy for how call data is handled.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including booking with stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
- provide false identity or traveler information;
- harass, threaten, or abuse the specialists who take your call;
- interfere with the operation of the website, or scrape, copy, or republish its content for commercial purposes;
- use automated systems to call the listed number or to flood it with calls.
We may refuse or discontinue service where these Terms are violated.
8. Intellectual Property
The text, design, and graphics of this website belong to AM2X LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Airline names and trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners; their appearance here is for identification only and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep the information on it accurate and current, we do not promise that it is error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or schedule changes of any airline or other travel supplier — your contract of carriage is with the airline;
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as missed events, lost earnings, or non-refundable arrangements made in reliance on a flight);
- our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount of the booking service fee you paid to us for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing in them limits any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer. If you paid by credit card, you may also have rights through your card issuer.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last revised. Changes apply from the moment the updated Terms are posted on this page; continuing to use the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will not apply retroactively to bookings already completed.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Your rights against an airline remain governed by that airline's conditions of carriage and applicable aviation law.
